This is Star Guardian Lux from League of Legends
Star Guardian Lux is one of my favorite League of Legends skins since the first time I saw her (the hype was really high for me. She is one of my favorite champions to play as and back then she was one of my main champions).
So I just knew I had to draw her back then, even if I didn't have a scanner to scan it XD
