Day 12 of the challenge

Today, I bring you: Juvia from Fairy Tail!
(I really like her as a character :3)

So, I livestreamed the whole process of this. From gathering the references, picking the design, pose to background and extra effects
It's my first try drawing water like this on SAI so I had to try a lot of stuff out XD
